I would of thought most accident repair bodyshops
would be able to quote you for the labour of fitting
and having a respray. It depends upon how much
preparation work you want to do - from 300UKP with you
doing 95% of the preparation to 1500UKP with them
doing it.
As for the safety aspects, then I suppose that there
will be some compromise in the impact resistance, but
you would have to consult the supplier on the quality
of the items.
