If I understand how it works, most of the force will be torque as you
pry the bead off the rim.  Breaking the bead is toward the ground, and
shouldn't be much of a problem.   So, take the force times the length
of the handle, and divide by the length of the mounting arm.  That's
what you'll need to provide for in your mount.

A lot depends on how hard your tires are to get on and off the rim.
