My son's '96 Cherokee has a strange problem with the turn signals. They all
work, but the flasher speed is very fast (2-3 times/second), but the
real problem
is that both indicator lights are solid on at all times (except when one
blinker is
on, then that one blinks ... too fast).
Anyway, I know there's a bit of magic to these circuits ... anyone
seen/solved
this problem before (I don't know what to try short of changing all the
bulbs, but
the ones in there work)?
