Home Depot (in my area at least; PNW) sells a setup to this. I believe it is
primarily intended for
walkways (which is what a neighbor used it for), but I imagine you could lay
out a patio with it.
There was a small plastic tumbler for mixing the concrete (you fill it and
roll it back and forth),
a plastic form with several "stone" shapes, and a coloring kit. I don't know
what colors are available,
but his walk is primarily different shades of gray. It looks decent, but
definitely looks concrete rather
than stone.
