SiliKroil is nice.  The main claim to fame is that it keeps the threads
lubricated and moving freely after the fitting has been broken free. 
That's very important.
 
You can get something just like SiliKroil at your local hardware store
or Walmart.  It's LiquidWrench with teflon.  It's the one on the teal
blue can.  I'm no fan of regular Liquid Wrench, but I'll put this stuff
of theirs up against anything on the market.
