The problem I've had with these is when I'm under a car.  The top of 
the car is being heated quite nicely, but I'm not.  It's not so bad 
when the doors stay closed, and the air gets warmed by re-radiated 
heat, but when a car is going in or out every half hour, it can be 
miserable.
