   Since you know it is going to be expensive, how about some HID lights 
instead ?  A friend installed one of these in his 2 car garage and wow, 
they are bright and really nice.

  I of course am looking for something cheaper, I know Griots does NOT make 
this light and only gets it elsewhere and charges up for it.   One of those 
and a few fluorescents to help out I would think would be near perfect.
