Interesting... Sometimes you get what you pay for and sometimes you don't.

I was sitting here wondering how accurate I was with the old bending 
beam pointer scale torque wrench I used back in 1971 when your post came 
through. How accurate was the scale, was I looking at it correctly with 
my head bent around in whatever angle, yada, yada?

Maybe I'll give HF a try. I may even send it off to have it recalibrated 
just to see. After being told I was stupid for even considering a HF 
torque wrench, now I'm curious. Or maybe I can test it myself against an 
up-scale torque wrench in my car club.
