These is also the hand nibbler.  Its 'leavings" are rectangular and
only happen when you squeeze the handle.  It is no fun to cut a foot
long swath with one, but you can do it.  It is great for enlarging
holes to fit things into them.  Price about the same as the air
nibbler.
