Well, that's another thing I've learned about..... Never
even heard of an EDM...

I currently have two broken bolts (both with broken EZ-Outs
in them!!) in my motor. One is in the (iron) cylinder head
(valve cover bolt) and the other is in the lower intake
(aluminum manifold, btw.... it is a fuel rail bolt). I've
been getting along fine with either... no leaks anywhere,
but I really would like to put them right! Can this process
be done on an aluminum part? Where can I find someone who
can do this (I'm in the metro-detroit area)? They will come
to my home? What can I expect to pay to have these
bolts/EZ-Outs removed? About $100 for both??? What? I
have NO idea? And also, does EDM require a lot of space??
I'd like to do this without having to remove the cylinder
head from the motor. Is that possible?

Thanks for the help!!
