  I agree, I had a cheap 'Heavy Duty' air impact that could not break loose
any lug nuts I tried over the years, I got to the point where I didnt use it
anymore.  Than I tried a friends IR and went and bought one that afternoon.
Learned the hard way, 'Heavy Duty' dont mean a thing if its cheap, of course
I had enough air for it the whole time.  The IR is not cheap, but its worth
every penny you will spend on it.  I paid $149 for mine about 1 year ago.
