Brad,

I bought the Lincoln WeldPak 10 and it is one of my best purchases, besides 
the trucks.  Spend the extra $79 and get the gas conversion kit, it is like 
night and day difference.  The Lincoln has more than enough juice to weld in 
patch panels, and you can plug it into any outlet since it is only 110 volt.

i think a cutoff wheel would be a good start, if you have a compressor.  The 
only down side is that it uses a lot of air, so your compressor will be on 
alot if you have a small one like mine, 30 gallon.
