I don't appear to have the "Formal notices of the AGM" that you mention. Was
it supposed to be included with Miscellany?

Subject: MSCC AGM Saturday 19th February 1999
The MSCC Company Secretary, Andrew Morison, was kind enough to ring me
today to answer my letter of the 14th December 1999. I had asked about
the procedure for questions to the Directors at the AGM and the
procedure for proxy votes from members unable to attend.
Any member may address a question to the Directors at the AGM, but if
any research is required, at least a weeks notice should be given.

Formal notices of the AGM will be sent out to each individual member
after the 2?th of January to give 21 days notice of the meeting.
Included with the notice will be a form of proxy which needs to be
completed and forwarded to Mr Morison at least 48 hours before the
meeting. In our conversation, he said he would accept faxed
notifications.
Where you would like your vote to follow the wishes of the Directors,
you may appoint the Chairman to act as your proxy. You may appoint any
other member of the MSCC to act as your proxy at the meeting and you may
instruct them on how to vote or to use their discretion. I offer myself
for appointment. If you appoint me, please tell me as there is no
mechanism formalised to tell me!
