Hi all,
Something to bear in mind....I used one of the two exhaust to header pipe
sealing rings from the MGB on the TB.  They are conical in section, and so
fit into the recess in the manifold on the T cars.  One side of the seal is
fibrous and the other is covered by thin copper or aluminum.  Place the
aluminum side down and carefully tighten nuts evenly.
Voila!   No more noisy exhaust leaks...!
And it keeps it in the family...........
