I've bought a couple of items from Len, including the video. His prices
are really good.

The video is also very good and very detailed. The production values
aren't high, it was done entirely with a hand-held video camera. But he
shows you how to paint, clean your gun, sand, etc., etc. It is about two
hours long. I would recommend it for the novice.

The video does not get into body work, however, such as metal bumping or
bondo. Supposedly he has another video in process on that subject.
