My PA has more mis-alignment than that, over 1".
I went to a parts store and looked at their supply of hoses searching for one
with enough of a kink in it to bridge this gap. I did find one but neglected
to note the number or its original application. I think it was for a Ford.
Sorry I can't be of more help but I think Bollendonk did the same with his PA
and he, being more thorough and not a slob like me, probably noted the hose
number. He is on the road but still checks his e-mail when possible.
