I have for those, who have tattoos,
but no Harley Davidson dealer nearby,
another chance for "brake cable dust excluders"

It is part No. 311 713 269 A from a VW dealer.

You need 2 per wheel (8 per car), and you should make
a nicely wedged mandrel to guide them over the end-fork.
One side has a big, the other a thin diameter.
You cut one thin end, and insert the other thin end,
and so join the two invisible.
