Robert, just because you mentioned it...how did you break your tranny? I'm
buying a 67.5 1600 this Friday (on condition of final inspection) and I noticed
that it's a little "notchy" going from 1st to 2nd - it grinds if you're not
careful. I don't know if this is serious or just because an adjustment is
needed (the clutch is grossly out of adjustment).

Please reply and let me know what happened.
Thanks,
Fred J.

Hello,

Roadster Content: Cleaning up the garage from my dash off interior restore,
to prepare for my tranny project

Non Roadster Content:
Can someone give me a quick Z car tutorial, or point me to a Web site with
good basic info?
I'm not really shopping for a Z car, but I sure do see alot around town,
some running, some parked.
I don't really know much about Z's but I gotta think that there are some
darn good Z car deals out there.

Specific questions:
Are there certain model years to look for (like our 67.5 2000's)
Are there certain model years to avoid (no Roadster comparison here)
Where are the rust areas
What other things should I look for, both good & bad

Thanks...Robert - 67.5 1600 - Albuquerque (with broken 4 speed)
