Victor,
Yes, replace the whole set of head bolts.
Also spend the extra time in CLEANING each hole out with
a thread chaser (7/16-14tpi), also a little dental tooth
pick to clean any crud out of the bottom of the hole.
Little trivia... early U20 blocks have two head bolt passages
into the water. Later blocks to NOT. Odd. Let me know if
this was true on your block (need to research this somre
more... maybe some block were just drilled into the water
passage???)
Check each head bolt has a washer under its head, too!
