I sit corrected. The Jan/Feb 1999 issue of Grassroots Motorsports had a big
article about wheel sizes. According to them, here are some other cars that use
4 on 4.5" pattern in low, medium or zero offset:

MGB, MGB/GT
the aforementioned RX-7's
Mazda 626 '83-'87
Datsun 240Z, 260Z, 280Z
Datsun 510, B210
Toyota Celica RWD
Toyota Supra 4-lug
Toyota Corolla RWD
Volvo P1800 '68-'70
