They work just fine on stroked stock bore engines.  FWIW, open 
chamber Chevy heads are that way too.   Wil's running 300
heads on his stroker and likes them just fine.

Crower, Crane, Isky, Kenne Bell and Erson all have profiles for 
the 215.  Isky's profiles don't seem to have changed in a long
while but Crower and Crane have updated their profiles.  Woody's
been working with Erson and they'd be my choice for a custom
grind.  D&D stocks Crower but PAW beats his price by quite a bit.
Ted has the Isky grinds.
