Buick 300 heads

Hi,

I forgot to ask earlier:

What year did Buick make the 300 heads out of aluminum? (was it '65?)

Also, does anyone know what models of Buick I would find these heads in?
Did they also use the Buick 300 in Olds or Pontiacs?
