That's two of the great mysteries of life.

Not likely. A leak is a leak and changing the type of fluid
isn't going to correct the cause of the leak itself.
I'd suggest going to a brand new unit or sending your clutch
master cylinder out to be sleeved (White Post Restorations, etc.)
