One source of several British publications is:

Miniature Cars (they handle models also)
PO Box 188
Berkely Hights, N.J. 07922

(Telephone 201-665-7811)

They handle Classic & Sports Cars magazine, Practical Classics &
Restorations magazine plus over a dozen more British motorsports
publications. You can order individual copies or subscribe. The
subscriptions work on a drop-shipped to USA basis to Miniature Cars
who then has them mailed domestically.

They do NOT handle "Thoroughbred & Classics" which is, I believe,
the magazine Jim (and others) may be looking for. T & C is viewed
as a direct competitor of Classic & Sports Cars so Miniature Cars
only carries the one magazine.

I have issues of T & C at home, I'll try and remember to see if there
is a USA agent for the publication. I'll post what I find on T & C
in a future posting.
