Dry rot.

A Bricklin in flames is just too tragic for marshmallows. Fuel lines up to
almost 30 yrs old are very risky. Other potential causes of impromptu
roadside weenie roasts were exhaust manifold heat valve being incorrectly
installed backwards, or sticking closed on some 74's (BVC service bulletin
#11, hopefully mostly fixed by now), and heat from the exhaust otherwise
burning through fibreglass floorpans. Always carry a fire extinguisher.
