My guess would be right around 1922. Looking at race
average speeds it might be competitive until the late
30's on paper alone...
But then if you look at qualifying averages by the mid
to late 20's pole speeds had climbed into the low
120's, and I'm pretty sure a stock Miata couldn't
average that around the brickyard.
