All this talk about MASS reminds me of the Bill Mauldin Story about the
wood worshiping priest. 
It all ended when the lead character went into the woods and the priest was
about to conduct a wood worship service. The priest reached into a squirrel
hole and pulled out a scroll and began to mumble incoherently.
        The lead character then realized the priest didn't know his Mass
from a Scroll in the Ground.
