oh gosh, those are all different street tires. then there is no way to
compare the times to get an idea of ultimate speed. is there a stock-class
car that can be setup to give proper tire temps (i.e. camber) on r-tires?
so if the neon has stiffer sway bars, it would have a big advantage in
something closer to the correct front-rear bar ratio.
