Among them, it doesn't appear to address mileage. The quoted rates are
apparently crashes per driver; it wouldn't be a shock to me to find that
"racing drivers" drive many more street miles than average.
Ask Mr. O'Neill for per-mile rates, if he's going to try to make a
point.
