Dave, I am not talking even about shocks... just what it costs to run a car
nationally every year... meaning that in relation to spending 3 or 4 thousand a
year to compete across the country... a $7,000 dollar car to do it in, seems
relatively inexpensive.
But again... I have really been enlightened by the feedback... and the fact
is... Nationally the competitors are the minority... locally it is very much
the grassroots, that I had overlooked... and forgotten exactly where I came
from.
Again... I appreciate the feedback... and sorry it got so crazy about the
subject. It obviously is very touchy!
