ABSOLUTELY!! Get out there and do it!! I started autoxing 25 years ago
with a Corvair. It was my daily driver at the time. I had a ball even
though it was in a tough class for its capabilities. Once I showed up
with my trailered race car and after unloading discovered a cracked
front upright, so couldn't race it. SOOOOO...I popped the hub caps off
my Torino station wagon and raced that, K-Mart tires and all! Actually
beat a couple of cars in class that day. In other words, autoxing is
so much fun that after you try it you won't care what you drive, you
just want to get out there.
