Nope -- it's not a Torsen. It's sort of a pre-emptive differential -- power
distribution in the transaxle is governed by steering angle and wheel speed.
The purpose isn't to shift power to the wheel with more traction, it's to
change the path of the car without increasing the front wheel slip angle.
Sort of like steering an airplane with wing-mounted engines by differential
throttle.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to handle transient maneuvers (like slaloms)
very well -- it's possible to get ahead of the system response, which puts
you in the awkward position of turn the wheel in one direction while the car
is trying to turn you in the other (as described to me by a Prelude SH
driver).
