[Alpines] welding manifold

Hi folks,
has anyone cut and welded an aluminium intake manifold?
In theory it could be posseble to cut and weld a H120 dual weber manifold to
fit series Alpine, but I am quite sure the intake channels do?'t hit if
there is a part missing. Has anyone tried?
