It is quite common on the Rootes alloy head, that the forth combustion chamber 
is affected by coolant fluid. As you can see, it is a circular water passage 
close four cylinder that has ability to leak when the gasket has moved a 
little. One person I spoke to said that he did block this passage just to be 
safe. 
Because of this I have saved a lot of alloy heads just in case. If someone is 
need a cyl. head I maybe can imagine part from one.
