[6pack] Engine oil

I'm about ready to fire up my TR6's engine and would like to know what oil 
should I use during that first start up. Also any recomenadations on rpms not 
to exceed during first few hours. By the way the engine is on the chassis (body 
off)....not like I'm gonna be driving around...just starting it up.
