Can I re-use the clutch fork after this operation?   I plan to cross drill
and pin also...

The most common method is to drill a hole, maybe 1/8 inch or so, in the fork
above the pin and drive out the broken end with a "suitable drift" from
above.
Hmm, another procedure that could use some photos to elaborate.
