P205/70R15 tire psi

Hello,

What tire psi for the front and rear for P205/70R15 tires are recommended for 
street driving/ daily driver with stock suspension and wheels?  I will run a 
maximum of 80 mph on the highway.

Does one use the maximum load pressure of 20 psi front and 24 psi rear?

I am curious since the tire technology has increased  since the 70's.
