I to has frame damage after installing the rear bolt on shock conversion. I believe my mistake was to adjust my Koni shocks to stiff. Non the less I have replaced the Koni with the KYB for ride quality reasons. I have also reweld and reinforced with gussets plates to the rear frame mount points. The ride is wonderful now but the cold rain is coming down now in Ohio, I hate when the winter comes! no driving the tr today.
