Good concept on the drill motor but why not pull the "hot" wire from the
coil and crank the engine with the starter until oil pressure shows up on
the guage?

Mike-If my car has sat for over a month, I will remove the dist. and drive
the oil pump with a drill motor until oil can be seen drooling from the
rockers. Overkill maybe, and a pain to  re-install the dist, but thats the
price of peace of mind.
