Hello Listers, I want to change the camshaft with the engine in the car, is it necessary to remove the inlet and exhaust manifold? This is what the Haynes manual is telling me. I can't think of a reason to remove these manifolds to remove the camshaft. I'm planning to fit a Kentcam TH5 camshaft, are there any special things I must take care off? Like different valve clearance , timing etc...? Is it necessary to use a timing disc? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Kind regards, Peter |
