A few weeks back I went in search of a source for brake parts myself.
Its turns out that the Lockheed calipers and pads are exactly
the same as the ones used on MBGs. I verified this by going to
my local MGB specialist and comparing the two calipers side
by side. Everything matches -- even casting numbers.
So... you can get all the front brake hardware you could ever
want from your local MGB specialist. Moss immediately comes
to mind, though there are _many_. (my local specialist happens
to be a Moss dealer)
