I used a meter and found that im getting 12 volts all the way to the fuse box. I double checked the wiring and it looks good. will a bad ammeter cause this? does a jumper wire bypass the meter? I ha
You say you are getting voltage TO the fuse box, but are you getting voltage PAST the fuse box? If you have the original fuses, they have ceramic bodies and you cannot see the innards to tell whether
If your ammeter gauge is bad nothing will work as the power goes through the gauge for all the circuits except starting. It can act as a fuse in a serious short. Replace the gauge before doing anyth
