hi,

I used a meter and found that im getting 12 volts all the way to the fuse
box. I double checked the wiring and it looks good. will a bad ammeter cause
this? does a jumper wire bypass the meter? I have the dash out and
everything is hanging down. am I missing something else that needs to be
grounded or hooked up? I have the fuel gauge, ammeter and oil gauge. the
fuel gauge registers when I use the jumper.
