You can always tow it backwards. There's less fender extending past the front wheels that the rear. My 70's steering wheel locks when I remove ignition key, so the 69 probably does too. It's probably

Get a trailer and trailer it BUT you need to have trailer brakes as trailer plus car will be heavy. In my opinion, towing is never good for cars.
