I remember when I used to tow my 1600 to the track using a tow bar to the 
bumper mounts.  I used to use my 1981 Volvo Wagon 4cyl.  It was quite an event. 
 
Especially if you drive into a fast food restaurant and find out that you can 
get out without backing up.  Exactly... yu cant back up when you use a tow bar.

I used a single axel trailer to tow the 67.5 around using my 90' Nissan 
Pathfinder.  It worked fine and the brakes issue wasn't much of an issue.  Just 
be 
very prepared and give yourself alot of room.  

I can recommend using a single axel trailer behind a midsize SUV.
