The battery often dies on my Bricklin if I go for a few weeks without driving it. The battery discharges a little over time, the engine has to be cranked a while to get gas back up to the carburetor

The Bricklin vendors sell a rubber boot that keeps air from coming up around the emergency brake handle. Seal up any openings in the firewall. Silicone caulk works well for small openings and plumber

I guess my memory failed me. I didn't recall removing the bolts the last time I worked on the brakes, but it has been a while. The wheel cylinders are nice and cheap. According to my maintenance book
