It really does pay to check the work being done on your car or to do it
yourself.
One of my wife's coworkers took her car to a quicklube place. The guy above
added oil, but the guy below didn't drain any. Her engine blew. The quick
lube place denies they made the mistake and she is having difficulty proving
it conclusively enough to sue them.
