Start tracing the power going out from the battery. The positive cable runs
to the starter relay, make sure you have power from there and follow the wires.
Do you have a wiring diagram? That would help.
It isn't that unusual to have power only to the doors. Folks often wire the
air door system direct to the battery while power to everything else runs up to
the engine compartment and then to the fuse box.
