You didn't describe how much you can move the rack, but my guess is that you have a worn spot in the rack. Options are to have a good mechanic restore the rack, or get a refurb unit from The Big 3.

Hi David I have a way to do this, I drop a socket that will just fit in the hole down on to the bush then send a 12 inch extension in after it, then just shake the lot up and down until the weight of

I have purchased two of the TRF rebuilt racks, don't ask why. They are perfect replacements. I would not trust Moss to sell a new rack that is OEM spec. I have gotten too many jerry rigged components
