Not sure if this is the best, but I get great results from Mother's "Pre-Wax Cleaner, Phase One." It removes the oxidation and fog really well and it doesn't leave any swirls or scratches. I've trie

There a product i got from the TRF, Novis plastic polish #2, I may have the spelling slightly wrong, too lazy to go out to the garage; I've also see it in marine shops. cleaned up my plastic windows
